Update Your Phone Number in Jarvis
Now is a great time to ensure your Jarvis login process is smooth. Simply log into Jarvis and verify your mobile phone number by clicking on your username > Manage Profile > Edit Personal Information. If you have not logged into Jarvis in the past 6 months, you will need to register again to link your One Healthcare ID to Jarvis.* Once you have re-registered, please follow the prompts during the login process. For enhanced security, we will no longer send authorization codes via email. Your mobile phone number is now mandatory for receiving authorization codes by text or voice.
*There may be a 24–48-hour delay to access Jarvis for agents that need to re-register. Please contact PHD if you need to access Jarvis during this time.
