Uniform Modification (UM) letters were recently sent to members. Copies of these letters are now available to view in your book of business* (BoB) for your reference. UM letters that are not yet displaying in Jarvis should be accessible by the end of the month.

To view a copy of a member’s UM letter, go to Jarvis > Book of Business and select the member’s name to view their profile page. The UM letter will be available under the Member Information tab, in the Member Letter History section.
