In the Spotlight: Member ID card reminder
As a reminder, members should receive their ID cards in the mail approximately 7-10 business days after making their binder payment. To help members obtain their member ID information prior to receiving their card, you can either visit their member profile page in your book of business* (BoB) to view a digital version of their card or advise them to log in to their member online portal at myuhc.com/exchange to access a downloadable ID card.
If a member is already active and needs to order a new card, they can also do so through the member online portal, or you can assist them by ordering a new card on their behalf directly from their member profile page on Jarvis – the new card should arrive 7-10 business days after it has been ordered.
