2025 Commission key dates and updates
Get ready for 2025 by reviewing your commission details and knowing what to expect. Commission payments for eligible Medicare Advantage plan and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) enrollments with 2025 effective dates were reflected on your Jan. 1, 2025, commission statement.
- View your commission statement: Log into Jarvis to see your updated commission details.
- Direct deposit: Commission payments will be directly deposited into bank accounts by Jan. 7, 2025.
- Not on direct deposit yet? It’s easy to set up. Sign into Jarvis, click your name in the upper right corner and enter your direct deposit information. Your next commission payment will be seamlessly deposited into your bank account.

- True-up payments: These will be processed mid-January, ensuring you receive the correct amount once the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) confirms New-to-Medicare eligibility.
- Agent of Record retention: Your status as the Agent of Record is applied immediately, ensuring your commissions will continue without interruption for any qualified plan changes if eligibility requirements are met.
- Monthly renewals: For Medicare Advantage plans with effective dates from 2020 or later, UnitedHealthcare will continue to pay monthly renewals at the current CMS published Fair Market Value (FMV) renewal year commission amount.
